Translation is horrendous, although the Restoration Patch, the same one that restores the H-Scenes, almost fully remakes the translation into very acceptable levels. No H-Scenes because of the Steam version, you have to download a patch to restore those scenes which is actually quite easy and simple to install and worth it.
